Hagaman Memorial Library Presents..A Poetry Lounge and Open Mic! To be held outside, weather permitting!

East Haven: Come and share your poetry at the Hagaman Memorial Library, 227 Main Street on Wednesday, June 7 at 6:00 p.m.! There will be a poetry reading performance by poet Deborah Elmore and a Poetry open mic! Free and open to teens and adults! The Poetry Lounge and Open Mic starts at 6:00 p.m.! We will be meeting outside, weather permitting! Whether you like to read poetry that has been written by someone else or your own poetry, join us for a beautiful ambiance and all kinds of creative fun! 

Chairs will be provided, but if you would like to bring your own lawn chair or blanket, that's o.k. too! This event is free and open to everyone. No need to sign-up, drop-ins welcome as space allows!

Extra parking for evening and weekend library events is available in the East Haven Town Hall parking lot on 250 Main Street (across the street from the library), in the KeyBank parking lot next to the library (after 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays and after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays) and in the Stop and Shop lot behind the library, accessible from Messina Drive.
