East Haven: The Friends of the East Haven Hagaman Memorial Library will hold a Military Whist Card Party fundraiser at the East Haven Senior Center on 91 Taylor Avenue on Friday, April 14. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and the Whist Party begins at 6:45 p.m. Military Whist is a simple card game and participants will be taught how to play. Tickets are $15.00 each. To purchase tickets, please call Debbie at 203-214-0426. Tickets will not be sold at the door. There will be refreshments and raffle prizes. Proceeds will benefit the Friends of the East Haven Hagaman Memorial Library.
